Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ghosted for service Good luck if you need service. They built it poorly, and now want me to pay for the repairs at only one year old. Aqua spas of fort collins Colorado has completely ghosted me after 5 phone calls and two email chains with photos. No response and do not answer the phone most times.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Didnt follow thru We bought the spa in early summer. It took quite a while for it to get delivered but we were told the lead time, so that was fine. We spoke to two different sales people that we would need and estimate to repair our old tub so we could file an insurance claim as our tub power went out during a storm, it froze and several items froze, cracked, burst. Old tub was taken away and we got no estimate, no photos no nothing. Was hoping for a little bump from the insurance company to help offset the cost of the TS 8.25. Not a cheap date. The insurance company denied the claim, Master spa got the sale and I am left holding the whole bag. Just a bit of a sour taste. We have yet to hook the new tub up as the pump is in a ne location and the 220 line is too short so I have to get that redone so this is not a reflection on the tub itself. Just a bit of a bummer and I'm just a bit aggravated.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrated new buyer-Screen issues So far I wouldn’t recommend the tub. The screen had issues from the beginning and is now acting up again. Curious if this is a common issue with the brand. Very frustrating as you can’t enjoy the tub with a faulty screen. For the amount they cost, I was expecting better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for families and large groups. Excellent size for large groups and families. Great ability to customize massage by turning individual jets on or off. Foot jets are incredible. Shoulder jets above waterline are great but you have to get used to noise above waterline. Zones are appropriately customizable.

A spa tech told me to install a TS 8.25 on a 60A circuit and change a setting on the control board so that the heater won’t shut down when both pumps are on. Would this work?

Asked by: BAC1
Please Note - Altering your spa pack and or electrical supply will change the energy certified specifications of your spa to something alternate to what we as the manufacturer intend and may be an important factor to keep in mind if ever troubleshooting an issue. Although we cannot specifically advise doing so, many control systems do offer capability to change how many components can operate together. You can change dipswitches on a Balboa pack (which Twilights current and in the past use) to allow the heater to run at the same time as your as 1 or more of your two speed pumps in High Speed instead of Low Speed. One of the reasons your spa normally behaves to heat on low speed is avoid nuisance tripping - running each of pumps at aprox 12 amps (max speed, the heater at the same time at aprox 12 Amps (max heating) as well as accessories like LEDs, ozones etc. - can be too much draw and pop the safety braker making you reset the spa. This may be why your tech recommended the higher amp breaker of 60A instead of 50A so your spa has a higher supply to draw from. We recommend as always to have your spa hookup professionally handled by a certified electrician to make sure you are receiving a proper supply and updated gauge of wire. You can also try altering to allow 1 High Speed pump (as Twilight 8. 25 have 2) to run while maintaining your 50 amp normal hookup.

What make and model spa pack is in the TS 8.25? The online owner’s manual only has info about the topside control.

Asked by: BAC1
In order to answer this question it is best to call or email into our line directly - as models have changed over the years so have parts and their current year equivalents/replacements. Your spa serial number can be found on the minimum fill line sticker, your owner's manual and a metal plate near the pack itself. If you can gather this it will be the most accurate way a rep can tell you what is supposed to be contained inside. The pack will also have a label on the inside of the pack lid telling you what pack it is as well. 1-800-860-7727 or customerservice@masterspas.com.

Where do you order your replacement filters from?

Asked by: Annie64
Your dealership where you purchased the spa would be our first recommendation! However, there are dealer/retailers that function entirely online like www.MasterSpaParts.com, or www.MasterSpaPartsOnline.com where you can also purchase anything a dealer would sell right to your door. If you'd also like a list of available Master Spa retailers nearby you can always give us a call! 1-800-860-7727

I need to replace the tube that connects to the ozonater. Where can I find that tube?

Asked by: Carlyb
There are many lines that could be labeled as the ozone tube - in order to give you accurate answer we may need more specific information. You can gather your serial number and call into our tech support line or email 1-800-860-7727 or customerservice@masterspas.com for the best answer.

Es plug-in or hardwired

Asked by: Banos77
The twilight series requires a 240V GFCI hook up. It is considered hardwired- the only spas we offer with a plug and play convertible option will be those in the Getaway Series line.

I am understanding that heater will not work while both pumps are on high.  Please confirm that this is in fact the case.   Is this depending on how this is hooked up?   This could be a deal breaker.   My old spa allowed me to turn up the heat with both

Asked by: Considering
The standard setting would be for the spa to only heat while one high speed pump is running. This is to comply with energy efficiency and electrical requirements.
