Rust in a tub designed for water?
Cover rusts, fountain cover rusts on the inside and rust leaks into the tub. The cushions fall apart. Poorly designed tub that is supposed to have water in it all the time.

Superb Spa
We have owned spas for the last 20 years and the Master Spa TS 7.2 is our favorite. It is a quality spa with everything and more. The panel is easy to use. The jets are fantastic - especially the master blaster foot jets. And it is easy to maintain. We use it nearly every day, sometimes twice.

Very happy with our TS7.2
We wanted a hot tub ever since we bought our new home in Mesquite, NV last year. We saw the Master Spas at a show in Ontario, CA and was able to defer delivery until our new home and backyard were ready. A very helpful thing for new homeowners. Easy delivery and setup. First fill is going great with balancing the water easier than I thought it would be. We use it almost every day now and just love it. Great size for 2 people. With room for some friends too.

AS PROMISED!
Great price at the local hot tub expo. Delivered and setup the next evening despite outside temperatures in the 20’s. Our starlight 7.2 has so far been outstanding for us. I’ve had to call the seller on a few occasions and customer service has been remarkable.

I love my hot tub
I use my hot tub every night for 30 minutes before bed. In addition to being a compliment to our pool and fantastic social gathering spot. I enjoy the many health benefits. My circulation is much improved, I have more color in my face and I am hoping it will lower my blood pressure over time. It provides terrific relaxation, defrosts my body (I live in Minnesota) and sets me up for an incredible night of sleep. I hope there will soon be more clinical studies on the hot tub like the recent flood of Sauna studies showing the benefits of heat therapies for diseases like dementia. I really feel like I have a good regenerative sweat at 103 degrees for 30 minutes and would like to see a comparison to sauna use. Anyway, I am happy with the tub after my first 6 months of ownership. It seems to cost me around $ 75 a month in electricity and the maintenance of the tub has been fairly easy. Despite it being my "happy place", I do have two minor issues. While the touchscreen menu is very intuitive. the response of the screen is sometimes very frustrating (this is why only 4 stars). I would be happier with less technology and more usefulness. Also, while the majority of jets are very soothing, I would never go as far as "therapeutic". I would only consider the two big jets in the middle floor as having therapeutic power; the perimeter jets are nice and feel great, but fall short of a message chair. Overall, I am very happy with the product and customer service.

We are new owners. The temperature was set at 101 and the spa will not work because it’s at 110 degrees. How does this happen
What often can happen especially in warmer weather is something we call "Heat Creep". You can set a temp for your spa- and when it is reached the heater WILL stop heating but that doesn't mean that your temperature cannot continue to rise as the only way a spa can cool down is naturally- there is no cooling unit standard on a spa. So, if the insulating cover is still on, the air controls are closed, it is rather hot outside, or any of the pumps are running (pumps create their own heat just by running) heat happens. The spa tests for heat and if it senses you are above 104 degrees it completely shuts down to give it some safety time to cool. Somethings you may wish to look at altering during warm weather to keep this from happening are- 1. check your filter cycles how low do they run and when are they running? Can they be moved to times of the day that may be cooler like the morning or evening? Can they be reduced? Several hours a day can create quite a bit of extra heat and may not be necessary we recommend a total of 2 hours twice a day at least for spa cleanliness. 2. is there any time of day it would be safe to vent your cover to release heat? A quick tip we can share: if it possible to place something like a tennis ball, rolled towel or pool noodle in between the cover and the lip of the spa (you can latch the cover still when you do this) - this allows the release of heat from the insulation of the spa and has nice result for some customers, just make sure to check on your spa regularly. 3. your heating behavior- if it possible to turn down the setting of your spa to something like 90 degrees during warmer months if you just seem to be creeping up with warmer weather, or you could try out a different "mode" for your spa- standard mode will test and adjust your heat on a regular basis every 30 minutes( running the pumps each time it does this) - if changed to the "economy" or "sleep" modes the heating behavior will change to test and heat just during filter cycles- this gives the spa more time to cool down in between. Where make a penetrations for an electrical conduit on a Twilight 7.2? I only see stub up locations that were pre installed underground. Is the bottom wood an option?
