Less that happy
I bought a Twilight Series 240 in 2021. We have enjoyed it until the display screen went. It’s still under warranty but I can get in touch with anyone for information on how it gets fixed.

An Elegant Hot Tub
I've had a hot tub before and it is very relaxing. It's like a daily therapy treatment. Those with aches and pains in the bones definitely need one. Master Spas has been a great choice.

I love my spa
We love our spa and use it every day. I have severe arthritis is my knees and lower back, I use the spa daily (sometimes twice a day) and it has made a big difference in pain levels and mobility. I couldn't be more pleased with the product as well as the support and communication from the dealer, Atlas Spas.

The jury is still out
Finding a difficult balance of chemicals with our minimal usage. Chlorine spikes and then PH drops. We increase PH and water goes cloudy. Seems we look at the water right now rather than get it in. Still learning so we hope with practice things will improve. If we had to do again, we would not buy from a company that the closest dealer is hours away.

Very Happy with our Master Spa
I'm very impressed with how well it is insulated and holds the heat in. Ours sits in an unheated sun room. So it got pretty cold out there in our latest cold spell. And was pleasantly pleased with how warm the water stayed.

Perfect for our back yard space
We have limited space for a hot tub and the Twilight TS240 fit perfectly. Really appreciate the flexibility and performance of this compact hot tub. The Balboa spa pac has so many features: reminders, easily programmed cleaning cycles, timed bathing periods, etc. that we really didn't anticipate when we purchased the spa.
Documentations (owner's manual, installation instructions, maintenance and care guides, etc.) are all well prepared and easily understood.
Master Spas is top shelf in our estimation.

Careful with the main jet
Unit has a lot of jet power. I use mine daily. There seems to be an issue with the bottom large jet. I’ve gone through 2 of them and just ordered my third one. The first time it broke, they told me not to adjust it under pressure. The 2nd one broke all by itself. I kept it closed and never adjusted it.

Poor design! Doesn't work for more than 1!
Fire the engineers who designed the control panel on this model. If more than one person is in the tub, the panel stops working... no jets, no lights. Why? Because the water level rises to cover the bottom of the panel, and guess what? The panel doesn't work when water partially covers it.

Has anyone been able to figure out a hack that will protect the control panel on the TS240? We are about to replace the panel for a third time and it is no long under warranty.
Sorry to hear you've had to do that- #1 Check when it comes to your part source you are getting the most recent version of your topside, if purchasing through an official Master Spa resource, like a dealer or servicer they should do this automatically for you. We have worked through many changes with Balboa in the last 2 years on the Twilight topside to increase its strength. For instance, the current shape may be different than what you've had on your spa. #2 Always check your spa warranty and or your last service receipt on the part- you may be entitled to have the cost of the part at least covered. #3 The topside will come a small screen protector you can place on the item - leaving it on for as long as possible can help improve it's lifetime. #4 Make sure you are venting your cover 30 minutes after any adding of chemicals or if you are using a floater device to dispense chemicals make sure you are still going out to occasionally vent the cover- the release of sanitizer gas when chemicals are placed in the water can pocket under the cover cooking the controller face as well as any other objects – pillows, diverter knobs, and cover inserts. I have a Twilight (TS 7.2) spa purchased in May 2010. I cannot find filters that will fit the tub. My local dealer has provided ones that screw into place with a threaded connection however they are not compatible. Can you help find the proper filters?

How do you get the bottom part of foot jet out when you try and replace it. I have watch videos but our is not like them

What size of hex key fits the screws on the skirting?

Where do I install the penetration for the electrical conduit on a Twilight 7.2. I only see stub up locations underground.
