Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very disappointed We use it daily, unit says its 104 degrees which is max temp but never feels warm enough, wife would rather take a bath. Worst yet 25 degrees out ,lost power for 12 hrs and tub lost 10 degrees. Not a satisfactory set up for us. We were guaranteed it would hold temperature, not so much. It is a factory cover……. Quality of cover seems bit weak skirt of cover barely covers shell.Works if indoors I guess. On the plus it’s quite and jets are very powerful

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The control panel is terrible. Like the Tub but the control panel has been major problem by not working when wet have to turn the unit off at the main breaker. Had the control panel replaced once and the Spa is six months old.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect tub for us! We use our MasterSpa every day!! All was perfect until the footblaster blew off. Service answered concern quickly and had replacement to my house in a couple of days. Was told to ALWAYS keep it open (a known problem). Every seat is comfortable and jets are powerful. Temp stays consistent. We keep ours under the covered porch, miss the stars but can soak in the pouring rain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Adequate yet not durable like previous tub. Longevity of unit is less than previous Master Spa tub. Never replaced parts on original tub. Have needed to replace heating tube once and control panel twice. First replacement occurred while under warranty.

Just purchased the TS 240 and wondering how much y’all paid? I bought at an expo so there were discounts but still seems pricey to me … Also, worried about so many reviews about broken control panels, hopefully this is fixed by now? Thanks. I can’t wait

Asked by: SarahD
Dealer's set retail pricing, sometimes this may include their cost for delivery and services. So the cost can be variable depending on your specific needs of your location. We completely understand researching before you buy, as of mid 2025 Twilight 240 now features a brand new system and control panel! Congrats on becoming an owner, we can't wait for you to try it out for yourself!

How can I get a pipe schematic chart or graph a pipe on back side that looks like it has nothingto.connect to -is just spilling out water even with all power off.o TS 240

Asked by: JasonA123
You can request help via customerservice@masterspas.com for such diagrams. However, from description this sounds like the VGB safety vacuum break tube a safety feature. If the tube is open ended and sticking out of the foam this is most likely the case an it is most likely operating as designed. These tubes are located on different sides of your spa. If the spa has been overfilled (a common occurrence at top up or filling the spa), or water is displaced by swimmers in the spa past the natural maximum fill line it works to relieve pressure and danger to your spa by slowly leveling you out to the correct fill point. It stores excess water into loops of tubing in the foam. When the water level recedes that stored water siphons back into the spa. If the tubes are completely filled however from too much water, the tubes work via a gravity siphon and can begin spilling out of the open end onto the ground. Here is what to do if suspect this is the case: 1.Inspect the tube. From outside the foam the open tube should appear zip tied or secured to the top most beam of your hot tub frame. If the tube has fallen, the zip tie has been accidently broken, or has been removed from it's high point this will effect the gravity point and it must be restored. 2. Be mindful of your water level- the siphon WILL stop once the excess water is removed, you can wait until the siphon stops on it's own as it should stop once the water level is corrected, or manually stop it right away consider remove a little excess water from the spa with a bucket or other vessel. Once the siphon has stopped a little water could have been lost, you can restore your water to the minimum fill line. 3.Email /Call with extra questions to MS customer service for advice! Special questions or pictures are encouraged to the CS email above or by calling 1-800-860-7727.

Where can I get or who can send me a new panel?

Asked by: MPsells
Panels would be considered a warranty item under the equipment category. You would want to refer to your owner's manual for warranty claim information. Main steps to start a warranty claim- 1. register your spa if you haven't already and collect the spa serial number (located in the owner's manual or the minimum fill line sticker.) Register your spa here: www.masterspas.com/resources. 2. first notify in writing the retail dealer who sold the spa within ten (10) days of the initial malfunction or discovery of defect. Your retailer should have a contact on the top of your original spa contract. If for any reason the retail dealer does not provide service, then the purchaser should contact Master Spas customer service department directly at 1-800-860-7727 or via our website/email address. customerservice@masterspas.com. If out of warranty - you can still contact your main dealer or even utilize one of our special online dealerships to purchase any replacement parts ( www.masterspaparts.com )

My display panel is not showing any control info

Asked by: Ralph spargo
There could be a few things happening with this symptom. Is your panel completely dark? Start by flipping your spa's breaker- Does the spa start up and make engaging noise but the panel remains rather dark an unresponsive? That would be an indicator something is wrong with the spa display and service can be called to help! Or perhaps is the spa not making any noise and everything seems unresponsive after the breaker is flipped? - in that case issue may stem from the incoming power source and you may wish to consult an electrician as the first step. Or is the case that your display is lit up, but the display is not providing the readout you believe it should? Call or email us at the factory to Troubleshoot- it may be an operational issue we can walk you through! Gather your spa serial number (located on the min fill sticker, and owner's manual) and call us at 800-860-7727 or email customerservice@masterspas.com Mon- Thurs 7-5, Fridays 8- noon EST

How do I set the temperature on my Master Spa TS 240? I cannot get the 'mode' button to work properly.

Asked by: suzie
In a 2024 Twilight 240 spa - Your topside will use the following to change the temp, The larger displayed temperature shown at the bottom of the screen indicates the current water temperature. Use the Up and Down Icons to set the desired temperature. The set point will appear in blue. After 3 second without any change to the set temperature value the current water temperature will then reappear in white. When the set value is different than the current water temperature *Cooling to xx.x or Heating to xx.x will be indicated under the value. If that does not sound like what your spa, the twilight series has gone through panel changes this year and you may have an alternate panel. Call us at 1-800-860-7727 and we can walk you through!

Is it normal for the water in the waterfall to be cold whenever it starts? No matter the hot tub temp. when the waterfall starts, that water is cold. Is this ok and normal? Isn't there a possibility that whatever water is in that line could freeze??

Asked by: Markr
In the Twilight 240 the waterfall plumbing uses pump 2/jets 2 - pump 2 is not plumbed through the main heater like pump 1 is - so it might be occasional if jets 2/ waterfall is pressed the water will suck in from the main tub water and water that has been sitting in the pipes will of course rush forward first. Don't worry over freezing as long as you've been following your spa maintenance you should be fine! During your spa's filter cycle pump 2 is kicked on for a brief few moments enough to move any sitting pipe water at least once or twice per 24 hours. There are also freeze protection sensors that have programs to move water if they feel a drop within in the heater that will kick on all pumps.

How do I get my waterfall to work?

Asked by: Debbi
In the Twilight 240 version of this spa your waterfall is controlled via pump 2 being on and the smaller water feature diverter being open near the control panel of your spa. There should be a map of controls located with the Twilight owner's manual (page 65) that can help you with controls- https://masterspascdn.com/documents/_manuals/twilight/2024-twilight-series-owners-manual-2.pdf
