Having issues with tub
We have had our tub for about 3 months. I found out by serial number that our tub is a 2021 model and we were under the impression it was a 2024 floor model. I have tried everything to balance the water short of replacing the entire filter set. That is more than $ 200.00. I have no idea how many times this tub was used as display since 2021. We paid 2024 pricing for a 2021 model. Also seems to me that even a floor model should have come with unused filters.

high priced junk
I could have gotten a Coleman blow-up that heats as much. It takes a bit longer to heat up but at less than $500.00 vs. the $17.5 invested in the Master Spa, I would have had a much better investment as both heat to 104. The TS-67.25 only reaches 104 and if temp is less than 50 degrees, it drops quickly if you turn on then jets. My electric bill went from $138.00 to $223.00.

More shallow than previous tubs
We are in our late 70s and use the tub every day, as during the pas 30 years w/ other tubs (Hot Springs and Beachcomber). It helps us get going in the morning. It's good therapy. We were very surprised that our Master Spa tub is so much shallower than our previous ones. We are getting used to this after about 2 months; but it's still a bit lacking. So anyone looking at this tub be alerted to the fact it's shallow.
Also, access to the drain and plumbing and the electrical module is quite inadequate. You have to unscrew several screws, then muscle up on the sturdy plastic panel, bending it significantly, just to get the panel off.
Jets are good. The touchpad is a bit "iffy" at times.
On the positive side, this tub takes less water, heats faster, uses less energy than tubs we've had previously.

Mom’s Staycation
We bought this brand specifically for my neck and shoulder pain. It was the only tub I found that would direct jets high enough to help me. I am able to adjust the jets with ease which helps with the pressure needed, and the foot jet is awesome! I also enjoy the colors and lighting, adds a lot of ambience. The panel is easy to follow to set my favorite settings. I struggled with balancing the chemicals, so I bought an Iopool Smart Water Monitor. It was a little bit more money, but it works perfectly with the tub. I would suggest this hot tub size as far as comfort for 2-3 people. Yes, it does seat five, but I find leg space might be difficult with 4-5 people.

Does It All except use up all the space!
Beautiful lighting unlike any other. So comfortable (even when we have four in there). Jets adjustable to get what you need. We even switch seats to focus on different areas.

Where can I I find a tutorial on the top water flow control. Why does my foot jet keep popping/breaking off?
All owner's manuals should have a diagram map featuring spa controls. If your foot jet will not screw back in - it may have broken, you can call in to 1-800-860-7727 to discuss with a tech over the phone, or if you'd like to email customerservice@masterspas.com with your serial number we may be able to aid as well. If under warranty they may be able to even send you a new jet.

We own the TS 67.25 2022 and a light on the waterfall is out. We cycled it and it is the only one out. How do we fix it or replace it? Thanks
If under warranty this should be just a call to your dealer to set up a service appointment, if not and you are not wanting a servicer's aid- your LEDs are simply lights strung around your spa in socket holes - with only one being out, it may be that your one light has simply fallen out of it's socket. You can take off the paneling directly behind the light and check for any dangling lights- there is normally a silcone sleeve or boot that holds the light in the socket. If you check and the light is still in its socket but out you can call 1-800-860-7727 or your dealer for information on perhaps a part to replace.

What is the closest we can have one side to a wall?
Per our site preparation guidelines, we prefer 3 feet of clearance on all sides of the spa in case your skirting panels need to be open for service. If it is your preference, you can place closer to a wall on one or more sides of your spa (most of the time the side under the control display houses most equipment that requires regular maintenance) - just keep in mind that if you would require service for some reason on the sides against a wall your spa may need to be drained and moved before service can be completed.

What side does the cover latch on to
It depends on what cover you decided to go with and your particular model- however standard insulated folding covers will latch on clips on all sides of the spa and will typically be set up to fold away from the control panel.

We have a 2015 Twilight Series 67.25 spa. We want to run filtration system for12 hrs. We know how 2 schedule 12 hour run but can't tell if the filtration is actually running. The swirl icon seems always lit. How can we tell if filtration is working?
So that icon should be swirling icon is a good indicator- if you have a 24 hour circulation pump you may see an icon that reads CIRC in your jets menu? If you do not have one your may see your JET 1 going in low mode and the words "filter 1" or "filter 2" under the time on the main screen. In either case, you should see movement in the spa. Keep in mind if you press any jet buttons during a filter cycle- the cycle is suspended for a small period of time. If you would like to troubleshoot further please email support@masterspas.com

Hello! I have a twilight 67.25 and I think it’s a 2017 but might be 2018. When I push the button to turn on jets 1, it shows the button rotating as if they are on, but they are not. Jets 2 works fine. What should I do? Thank you!
