Rough start, but loving it now
We like our hot tub, although there were some initial problems that could have been due to the installation or the delivery. The jets stopped working within a week of delivery, but are repaired now and we're back to loving it.

Unsatisfied
Totality disappointed with my purchase would like some information on a buyback program if one exists. The spa does not hold temperature, lost 4 degrees in one hour with an outdoor temperature of 30 degrees. The spa came delivered with a cracked diverter valve and rather than sending a repair person from the manufacturer they just sent me the part, which turns out to be the wrong part.

Awesome Hot Tub and buying experience

Good jets, but difficult to own
What's great? The jets. The jets are strong and highly adjustable.
What could be improved?
The screen to control the jets is almost unusable when there is water in the tub. It inevitably gets splashed with water and then refuses to work until you wipe it off. But I generally have to wipe it several times before it will accept any input. I’ve also had it change settings or turn on the jets by itself. I’m watching this since it’s less than a year old and already having issues.
Our old hot tub had a 24/7 recirculating pump that was whisper quiet. On this tub, the jets come on at seemingly random times. Unfortunately, they are loud and when you are relaxing in the tub without jets, it’s shocking when they suddenly turn themselves on.
The pumps. The pumps run a lot and you can hear them throughout the entire house. Probably wouldn’t be such a problem if they didn’t run so much.
We used a trichlor floater in our old hot tub. After 20 years, the shell and all its components still looked and worked great. This hot tub uses dichlor. It’s much more difficult to keep the water in good condition. Leaving the hot tub, even for a few days without checking the chemicals is out of the question. You will have cloudy water. I have a very difficult time keeping the water from becoming cloudy, and there is a film stuck to the sides of the hot tub much of the time. Unfortunately, this hot tub is made entirely out of materials that will fail using trichlor. Using trichlor voids the warranty. The shell seems very prone to scratching.
Every single time I have filled the hot tub, I get an air lock and have to disassemble part of the tub to break the air lock. This literally never happened on our old hot tub in 20 years of filling it.

Where can I I find a tutorial on the top water flow control. Why does my foot jet keep popping/breaking off?
All owner's manuals should have a diagram map featuring spa controls. If your foot jet will not screw back in - it may have broken, you can call in to 1-800-860-7727 to discuss with a tech over the phone, or if you'd like to email customerservice@masterspas.com with your serial number we may be able to aid as well. If under warranty they may be able to even send you a new jet.

We own the TS 67.25 2022 and a light on the waterfall is out. We cycled it and it is the only one out. How do we fix it or replace it? Thanks
If under warranty this should be just a call to your dealer to set up a service appointment, if not and you are not wanting a servicer's aid- your LEDs are simply lights strung around your spa in socket holes - with only one being out, it may be that your one light has simply fallen out of it's socket. You can take off the paneling directly behind the light and check for any dangling lights- there is normally a silcone sleeve or boot that holds the light in the socket. If you check and the light is still in its socket but out you can call 1-800-860-7727 or your dealer for information on perhaps a part to replace.

What is the closest we can have one side to a wall?
Per our site preparation guidelines, we prefer 3 feet of clearance on all sides of the spa in case your skirting panels need to be open for service. If it is your preference, you can place closer to a wall on one or more sides of your spa (most of the time the side under the control display houses most equipment that requires regular maintenance) - just keep in mind that if you would require service for some reason on the sides against a wall your spa may need to be drained and moved before service can be completed.

What side does the cover latch on to
It depends on what cover you decided to go with and your particular model- however standard insulated folding covers will latch on clips on all sides of the spa and will typically be set up to fold away from the control panel.

We have a 2015 Twilight Series 67.25 spa. We want to run filtration system for12 hrs. We know how 2 schedule 12 hour run but can't tell if the filtration is actually running. The swirl icon seems always lit. How can we tell if filtration is working?
So that icon should be swirling icon is a good indicator- if you have a 24 hour circulation pump you may see an icon that reads CIRC in your jets menu? If you do not have one your may see your JET 1 going in low mode and the words "filter 1" or "filter 2" under the time on the main screen. In either case, you should see movement in the spa. Keep in mind if you press any jet buttons during a filter cycle- the cycle is suspended for a small period of time. If you would like to troubleshoot further please email support@masterspas.com

Hello! I have a twilight 67.25 and I think it’s a 2017 but might be 2018. When I push the button to turn on jets 1, it shows the button rotating as if they are on, but they are not. Jets 2 works fine. What should I do? Thank you!
