Outstanding Tub and Sales Team
The Hot Tub and Cold Plunge are great. I should have purchased them when we got to Tennessee. Best investment. The sales team was awesome and answered all the questions we had. They went above my expectations. The delivery and set up was done professionally.

Great tub, bad app
Love our hot tub, very relaxing. One of the reasons we bought Master Spa was because of the number of jets, absolutely love having them all. We did have an issue where the Master Blaster broke less than 3 weeks after hot tub was set up. It appears there is a manufacturing defect with this part. We have set it where we like and are hoping it wont break again if we are not turning it to make it harder or softer.
I would give the Gecko app that they use one star. Doesnt do much and is not intuitive.

6.2 with salt water was a game changer
My 6.2 had a salt water feature -- we got that and LOVE it. The water is much less harsh than traditional chlorine-only systems. The lighting is great for stargazing at night (you can set it to red), we love the lounge chair on one side...could not be happier :-)

Why does my touch screen work sometimes and not others
It depends on what you mean - sometimes if hands are wet, or there is pooling of water on the screen it can interfere greatly with the sensitivity of the panel, in different years we switched from a more standard common device touch panel a touch point panel requiring a more of a firm press instead of just a fingertip touch. If you have strong sunlight on your panel this could also be a factor. If all of these factors are not the case and the panel is still not responding to touch at all you may very well have a warranty concern. In this case, contact customer service at 1-800-860-7727 or customerservice@masterspas.com to find out your options on service or replacement of the panel.

Does it matter which side the filters are placed on?
As a general rule the Eco Filter operates best in the hole closest to the control panel. The suction draw tends to be stronger on this hole, and in some cases when an optional 24 hour circulation pump is installed this is the hole connected to the constant filtration. The Eco filter will still operate normally though in another filter hole regardless of where it is located and is not REQUIRED to be there, it will operate just at a little bit of a lower use.

Do all master spa hot tubs have Bluetooth how do you turn it on in a 2023 Legacy Whirlpool
Spas do not all have them standard it is a feature on all that you must note to upgrade to at build or have added on later. Check on your spa contract for the addition of a sound system or stereo feature noted. The same also is true for Wi-Fi units as an accessory (often confused for the same feature). If equipped based on the year of your spa your Bluetooth instructions might be different - if you can find your spa serial number (7 digit code located in your first page of your owners manual or minimum fill line sticker on the spa) and call 1-800-860-7727 or email support@masterspas.com we should be able to look into your spa build and give instructions on the accessory.

I just bought a TS 6.2 spa. My electrition wired it and it doesn't work. We've double checked the wiring and looks good. There is a set of four black wires hanging down withMXDG 45/21 and 25657 REV.D onthe set of wires. does it plug into the J34 recepticl

How do I get the cup holder tray area for my new hot tub?
Hi! Your hot tub should include a cup holder area over the filter housing. If you're looking for additional cup holders, you'll need to purchase those from a separate retailer as we don't make those.

We just got our tub, couple of things we found is that the foot blasters has no adjustment (it is like a fountain in the middle of the tub) we tried the diverter and nothing, twisted the foot massager and nothing. One jet has 1/10 flow of other jets.

After the gym, I turn the spa lights on and the jets (jets 1 and 2). I usually get in after about 5 minutes. Within being in the tub 10-15 minutes, the jets automatically turn off. I cannot find a setting to disable this.
Hello! Our hot tubs have an automatic 15 minute shut off. This is a safety feature that we are required to have and cannot be disabled. You should be able to simply just press the jets button again to turn them back on.
