Rated 5 out of 5 by from Went for Blue Jeans & Ended Up with a Hot Tub The Twilight 7.25 provides each seat with a different therapeutic effect. We use it almost every day. The control panel is intuitive. Each jet is adjustable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from problems So dissappointed in this hot tub. I researched hot tubs before buying this one and thought it would be the best. Very expensive; waited a year to get it. The pump went out the first year, then the master control. Got it fixed then the master control went out again. It was still under warrenty but the repairs took FOREVER and we had to pay for the service calls which were a couple of hundred dollars each time and lost the use of the hot tub for weeks at a time. Now it is not longer under warranty and I have no faith in it not having issues again. Not a Happy customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING I’ve had two back surgeries and I am amazed by the relief this tub brings to my back. I’m able to adjust the pressure of the water and the direction to pinpoint exactly where I need it. Also, the shoulder massage is a must. That feels so good.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful Spa now if it only worked We were excited to get our master spa and everything was great for first 2 weeks, then it stopped working it was delivered 4/17/24 and it worked for 2 weeks and then stopped working, warranty company ordered wrong part, waiting on correct part. So it just sits In our back yard. Is it a 13K mistake, we’ll see, if my patience runs out before it is fixed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This tub may not be what you are looking for The 7.* twilight series hot tub is not a therapeutic tub for more than two persons. If you are looking for a tub for 3 to 6 people, this tub will only provide powerful jets in two of the 6 seats at a time. There is a diverter that makes you choose which of the seats will have powerful jets while the other jets spew a barely felt tinge of water. Also, because you are diverting the water thru a piece of plastic at the top of the spa, there is a loud constant gurgling rumble that you must yell to talk over. This is a non correctable issue according to the tech master spas sent out. Very disappointing experience and spa. Contacted manufacturer directly and they were no help. They redirect you to the distributor. The distributor has been no help. Asked to return spa for refund but told no. They will tell you they stand behind the product, and that is what they do. Just stand behind it and tell you no, or what they think you want to hear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Can't turn on the LED lights???? We love the hot tub from Master Spas...my only irritation is that the LED lights will not turn on. We bought it in September and it was ready by November, we were not ready but that was not a problem, got it delivered promptly on 12/21/23. Would just love the lights to work...is there a trick?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of Junk Nightmare Hot Tub We bought a hot tub on July 9, 2023 from an expo in our area and it took until the evening of November 2, 2023 to be delivered. The bracket for the cover was not in yet and was told they will contact us when it does. On November 3, 2023, while the electrician was hooking it up, we filled it with water. We noticed water coming from under the hot tub. We called Leisuretime, the company who had the expo, talked to Shelby and was informed it was probably something minor and she would send a repairman out on November 6, 2023. The repairman, Jose came and assessed the problem. He told us there was a crack in the footwell and he could not fix it and to call Shelby to get things rolling on getting a new one. The leak is getting larger, it has to have water added daily to keep it above the minimum fill line, chemicals are added daily, and electric is running more often to heat it. We have had nothing but the run around and finally on November 21, 2023, we were told by Shelby they will replace it with a new one..t. We were told they do not know when the new one will be in. It could take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a year.. This is a brand new hot tub which we paid full price for and they were talking about possibly wanting to fix a major leak rather than replacing the complete hot tub. We were told we could continue to use it, but as time goes on the leak is getting worse, we have ice building up on our concrete, our electric and water bills are increasing significantly. We still do not have our bracket for the cover. Our only option is to winterize it, which that costs on us too. I would not recommend buying a master spa hot tub. If I could get my money back I would go somewhere else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice hot tub with one fatal design flaw SUMMARY: The Twilight 7.25 is a good hot tub that has the potential to be great. It has one fatal design flaw. PROS: 1) Aesthetically pleasing 2) Great layout 3) Foot Blasters and shoulder jets are a major plus. 4) The 7.25 size is just right, not too big and not too small (barely). I'm 6'1". For those over 6'1" you will find the 7.25 to be too small. CONS: 1) The standard configuration does not come with a recirculation pump. I didn't realize this until firing it up for the first time. It's a small nuisance not having it because the temperature fluctuates by a couple of degrees vs being steady if it had the recirc pump, and it's only fall. I'm concerned that the fluctuations in tub temperature will be greater during the winter which will be a major nuisance. 2) FATAL DESIGN FLAW. The hot tub from the factory is neither mouse proof nor insect proof. It blows my mind that Master Spas fails to consider such an elementary design issue in its hot tubs, and it's so easy to fix! Don't believe me? Check out Youtube, where owners of new Master Spa tubs have mice infestations less than 1 year after delivery. I spent an entire Saturday mouse proofing my tub before using it. An owner of a new hot tub shouldn't have to do this. The points of entry for mice include: a) The back side of the curved skirt corners have a 1 x 2 chase way going up the entire back side of the piece. A mouse can easily climb up the chase way and Boom! they're on the inside of the tub cavity. See photos. I blocked mine with custom cut and routered pressure-treated lumber screwed into the wood frame. All Master Spas needs to do is have this curved piece blow molded without the channel. b) There are up to 1/2" gaps between the tub shell and the top of the side skirt and curved skirt photos. See photos. On one side skirt I have as much as a 1/2" gap. On one corner piece the gap is over 1/2". A mouse can easily scale the wall of the skirt and climb through the gap and Boom! they're inside the tub cavity. See photos. I blocked mine by custom fitting cut plastic ceiling grid along the sides and PVC sheet for the corners screwed into the frame. Why doesn't Master Spas design the shell such that the finished outside surface curves inward at the bottom thus creating a flat consistent surface for the side skirt and curved skirt pieces to butt up to that would seal out mice and insects? Every other manufacturer does this; they learned long ago how to make a hot tub mouse proof. c) The inside surface of the side skirts has (mostly) a waffle pattern. Three out of the four skirts on my tub, however, have a random recess along the bottom creating a 1/2" x 2.5" void. That 2.5" void is higher than the inside frame of the tub. A mouse can easily climb up that void and Boom! they're inside the tub cavity. I didn't bother taking photos, but I fixed my tub by installing strips of wood on top of the bottom rail of the frame such that the wood surface is now higher than the void in the side skirts. Master Spas, why not just design the plastic side skirts without any random voids? Next spring I get to spend another Saturday trying to make my brand new tub insect proof.

what would be the economy seeting and how to do it

Asked by: jean
The Economy setting is actually the Rest Mode in the Twilight Series. In the Rest Mode, the spa will not heat except during the filter cycle. To change it to the Rest Mode, all you have to do is go into your Settings, then Heat and then change the mode from Ready to Rest. Please note that Rest Mode is not our recommended setting for the tub, especially during the winter months.

Hi, I've had my 7.25 here in the UK for nearly 8 years without fault! It's an excellent spa! Unfortunately the Orion LED system has ceased to work and I cannot find a maintenance manual to see if I can replace the LED module. Can you assist please? Thanks

Asked by: olmzi
Hello! If your spa is 8 years old then you'll want to just replace the controller with an X333200. Here's a link to the part you would need: https://www.masterspaparts.com/small-led-controller.html Hope this helps!

Hi, the spa lights do not come on anymore what can be done Also is it possible to have a french version of the owner's manuel

Asked by: Sylvie
Hi Sylvie! My guess is that the LED controller box has gone out on your spa. If you call a servicer, they could get that part for you and replace it. And I will send you an email with the french manual. Thanks for asking!

My spa has the error code that the heater is dry. I can’t get it to work, the jets work but the heater tries to fire up and just won’t. What do I do?

Asked by: DonC
Hi Don! Normally when you get the error code saying that the heater is dry, it is because the filters are dirty and blocking the flow of water. A way to test this is to take the filters out of the spa after making sure that there is nothing big that could get sucked into the filtration system. Clear the error code by changing the temperature. The spa should run normally and start to heat up. This indicates that the filter need to be cleaned. The best way to clean them would be to soak them in a filter cleaner solution overnight and spray them off really well afterward.
