Hot Tub Pumps are built by industry to meet stringent energy efficiency standards that only allow pumps to run at full capacity during the 15 minute safety timeout periods. This would be normal behavior for a spa jet on high mode.

Calibrating should be as simple as hitting your Pump 1 on low mode ( while no other jets are on) this allows water to head through your heater for a accurate current temp. Two to three temp sensors (number depends on year of model) : small, wired items that plug into your heater and can be replaced on their own within your tub by a servicer.  With time and chemically treated water running through the heater it is sometimes possible that with long periods of time they can need to be replaced if corroded. Water must pass two to three different temp sensors, test the same, or the spa will throw an error code warning a temp sensor might need a replacement. If you are not yet getting an error actual temp calibration may not be the issue.  Be sure to look at the variables -  1.how are you measuring the temp difference? When the temp is recorded it passes by the heater internally, before going into the spa - so measuring with something like a surface water thermometer can give a different reading depending on your exposure to air at the time. The more ambient outside air warm water is exposed to the quicker it can cool down. Some big factors can be: -The opening of air controls to incorporate bubbles in the spa sucks in air from outside the spa itself, make sure your air controls are closed or in good repair - they can be taken out, inspected and tightened all from the top of the spa by you as a user.   -if your insulated cover seems loose or ill-fitting -or if the spa is completely uncovered exposing surface area can all play a factor.   2. What mode/ range is your spa set in? - modes and range are both variables you set from the topside controller, and they change the heating behavior and amount of frequency your spa tests its heat. Directions on how to set both of these settings can be found within the owner's manual. 

Jets should feel secure in their jet bodies, you should be able to adjust each or even trade positions with other jets in your spa of the same size. If troubleshooting, attempt to trade it for another jet in a position of your spa and see if the issue persists with one jet head. If you are having issues with some jets not feeling secure let your dealer or customer service know - jets are held in socket by black rubber o - rings attached at the end of the jet, it is possible you may have lost one. This o ring can be replaced, or a new jet can easily be purchased or sent under warranty.

The Economy setting is actually the Rest Mode in the Twilight Series. In the Rest Mode, the spa will not heat except during the filter cycle. To change it to the Rest Mode, all you have to do is go into your Settings, then Heat and then change the mode from Ready to Rest. Please note that Rest Mode is not our recommended setting for the tub, especially during the winter months.
