Really like the hot tub. Wish it was a little clearer on water chemistry information. As far as using the eco pur filter and reading next to zero on my chlorine test a day after adding chemical. Feel like tbis issue has been bypassed and not readily easy to research.

Headrest are peeling and disintegrating in my Clarity 7 hot tub? Why and where can I get replacements? It’s only 3.5 years old. Do you know why this is happening?
Just like anything chemical balance like pH or just simply chemical residue buildup over a period of years can breakdown the vinyl covering of a pillow. We recommend pillows fully removed and rinsed with clean water to prolong their lifespan periodically for the best results. They can be replaced easily via any of our dealers that supply parts! Contact your dealer with your serial number for how to purchase replacements!

How do you turn off the control panel light on the clarity precision 7?
The display light is set to a timer - after a few seconds of inactivity the light should switch off on the display.

Why is my hot tub leaking through a hose end located close by the skimmer behind the exterior side panel?
Most likely due to an overfilling over the Maximum fill line marker. If this is a open ended tube sticking out of the foam located near the top lip of your hot tub this is more than likely V.G.B. safety loop. This loop of hose is designed to siphon off and to reservoir water when the water is displaced and/or overcomes this maximum fill point to relieve suction pressure and overflow. If for any reason the reservoir loops of hose have become full they may then expel the water out onto the ground. These tubes act off gravity, and should always appear zip tied up high on the wood frame of a spa - if in any other position (like pointing down) check the frame for broken zip tie supports. One of the spa pumps is pulsating. Not all of the time. just started two weeks ago
You may want to completely take out your filters and give them a good spray out. Be vigilant and run your pump 1/ jets 1 without the filter for a short time while standing by your spa. Often when this happens it is a term called "surging" that is commonly caused by a pump starving for water to push out, as a clogged filter is making it harder to pull water. If the pump runs fine without a filter, you can be sure that the filter was the issue. If this is not the case, please give us a call for more troubleshooting!

As long as both pumps are engaged, you should be able to run all of the jets at once.

The Precision 7 requires a 240V, 50A GFCI.

My jets turn off after about 15 minutes, how do I keep them running all the time? Every time I open my hot tub the water is still so nothing has been filtered.
When on high speed, the jets will cut off after 15 minutes. This is a mandatory safety feature. You would simply need to press the button again to turn them back on. As far as filtering the spa, the filtration cycles can be set from the control panel. You can learn more about filtration cycles on page 50 of your owner's manual.
