The entire family loves our new hot tub. The hot tub looks great and the water clarity is phenomenal. This tub relaxes your entire body and feels great. The tub is used every night and has been a very satisfying purchase.

Great 6 person hot tub.
Very nice hot tub but unfortunately we had a leak at the drain and they had to come out to repair it. We had to wait before they could fix it to check with master spas to see if it was under warranty even though we only had a couple of weeks. Once it was ok they had to order the parts and told me it would take a couple of weeks to get the part. It did come in early and they contacted me to set up a time to come out but we went on vacation and set a time to repair for when we returned. The communication was great and their repair men were nice and knew what they were doing. Just bad luck with the leak.

Its the soak of the year!
We have had this hot tub for about a week now and have been using it every day. The jets are really powerful and my wife and I will rotate to all of the different seats to get a good soak. I have been sleeping like a baby.

Should all the jets work during jet mode? (Clarity Spa 94x94)
As long as both pumps are engaged, you should be able to run all of the jets at once.

How much for 7 peoples hot tub? It’s 380v or 220v ?
The Precision 7 requires a 240V, 50A GFCI.

My jets turn off after about 15 minutes, how do I keep them running all the time? Every time I open my hot tub the water is still so nothing has been filtered.
When on high speed, the jets will cut off after 15 minutes. This is a mandatory safety feature. You would simply need to press the button again to turn them back on. As far as filtering the spa, the filtration cycles can be set from the control panel. You can learn more about filtration cycles on page 50 of your owner's manual.

My wood deck is a newer build, and is just under two feet above ground... should I be concerned about the weight of the Precision 7?
That would likely be a question you'd need to ask a contractor. The dry weight of the CLS Precision 7 is 770 lbs. Full, it weighs about 5,405 lbs.

Hi. Just setting up our new hot tub. It is in the process off heating up. The jets don’t turn off, do they stay on while the tub is heating? Will they turn off at the desired temp? Can we put the cover on during this process? TIA
The jets 1 will run on low speed automatically while the spa is heating up or if it is in a filter cycle. You can shut the cover unless you just added chemicals to the spa. We recommend leaving the cover open for at least 15 minutes after adding Chlorine.

where is the ozone hose and check valve that are supposed to be replaced each year? what do they look like?
It would be in the front skirting panel under the topside control panel. Depending on the year, the hose could be blue or clear ¼”, coming off the ozone generator underneath the spa pack. Hope this helps!
