A Perfect Addition to Our Backyard Retreat
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely happy with my Master Spas hot tub. The build quality is excellent, and the features have exceeded my expectations. The seating is comfortable, the jet pressure is powerful and adjustable, and the overall design creates a truly relaxing experience.
One of my favorite features is how easy the spa is to maintain. The water stays clear, the controls are intuitive, and the energy-efficient operation gives me confidence that I can enjoy it regularly without excessive operating costs.

Not all GOOD NEWS has to be shared
I love my new spa. Its amazing how its changed my life already. Everything I do revolves around being in it. Now quite a few of my neighbors are asking about it and wondering when im gonna get in. I suppose they're waiting for an invite. Really? Omg..... even my mother wants to come visit more often. Shes 84. I guess its my fault. I was so excited. I told everyone about it.

Best tub at the price point, and great service.
I spent a lot of time researching hot tubs, and decided a masterspas would be a wise choice. Originally we were going to get a CLS Balance 6, but after visiting our local showorrm i thought a 7 might be better. I took my wife back a few days later and chose the Balance 8. A superb tub, at the right price point, and a great salesman made our decision easy. It was delivered 5 days later, installed and up and running two days after that. A smart sale for us, and easy for the dealer.

Best decision ever
My wife has wanted a hot tub for years. We se it almost everyday. It is nice to soak the day away and feel the jets on my sore back. It is nice to start the day with also. The different seating positions allow us to choose where we want the jets to massage. We got the easy lift cover with it. It is so easy to open and close the hot tub it also keeps all the leaves and other flying debris out. We placed ours in the middle of our woods and look at the star while relaxing.

Somewhat disappointed
Well, aside from being delivered damaged, the company still hasn’t resolved the issues and it’s been 2 months. Glad I waited to do the review, jets are great, spacing is perfect. However; the whole panel quit working and now the hot tub is off. So hassle after hassle at this point. Very disappointed.

Beauty and Power
I'll tell ya, sometimes life surprises you, and not always in the best way. Our new tub is one of those rare good surprises. Here are a few of those surprises:
- It is POWERFUL! We're not timid people, but using the jets on full power nearly blows us across the tub. That's not a complaint. I'd rather turn it down than not have enough to make a difference. That's definitely not the case here.
- Maintaining temp and water clarity has been easy so far, and that's in Northeast Winter weather. Easy filter cleaning, the skimmer is catching everything beautifully, and the cover is keeping it toasty until we're ready for a plunge.
- The diversity of seating options means you can shift it up and keep it fresh each time. And the deep magnet massage seat...so, so good. It nearly puts me in a trance.
- It's big which is exactly what we need as we're 6'2" and 6'4". We can both actually STRETCH out fully. While this is listed as a 6-8 person tub, we're enjoying the space all by ourselves.
Bottom line: We're thrilled with our Clarity Balance 8.

Have you ever had a shock on fingers tip in a hot tub. Had a electrician come and check grounds all checkouts ok but can chemical out of wack can cause that.
Chemicals can not be the cause of an electrical shock. Proper grounding techniques and secure hookup to the proper power should be the only source of electrical issues - a properly installed GFCI breaker is the major key to safety when it comes to any hot tub. Replace foam head rest
You can source replacement headrests from your local dealer that sells masterspas. If you are not sure who your local dealer is you can find out by contacting customer service customerservice@masterspas.com. There are also some dealers that function online as well to sell dealer parts to the public like www.masterspaparts.com or www.masterspapartsonline.com.

Where can I buy filter and chemicals
Your dealership where you purchased the spa would be our first recommendation, however there are dealer/retailers that function entirely online like www.MasterSpaParts.com where you can also purchase anything a dealer would sell right to your door.

If these are supposed to be superior to any other hot tub or spa why do they give only 1 year warranty on mechanical and plumbing and only 3 on the molded tub. When the other companies are giving 5/5/7 year warranty.
Currently all Clarity Models standard limited warranty have a Equipment, Plumbing, Jets for 2 years. Spa Structure and Shell Surface for 5 years, and one year on accessories like your Ozone, LEDs, and Audio Equipment. Claritys are on our starting price point of acrylic tubs in our family of spa models, other tubs in our line- the Twilights, the Michael Phelps will have longer warranties at a standard. Extended warranties are also always available to purchase at the time of sale of the spa.

I purchased a new balance 8 spa I would like the wiring to come up under the pavers can you give me a diagram of the location I can access thru the bottom of the spa

Which diagram for the Balance 8 you need will depend on whether the model you purchased has a 24 hr circ pump or not. (CP = has circ pump)
