No program guide on using tub
Our first ht and the heater was bad from day one, the service department was able to replace motor in little over one week which was good.
Now it appears the number one pump is bad so waiting see when it will be replaced.
Not sure about programed circulation running and temperature control won't stay at 93 degrees, when I check tub in several hours it's back up to 99 or 100.
Confused on how to properly operate.

Love the looks and size perfect for what we wanted
We are excited to get our hot tub. Chemicals are not as easy as I thought they’d be. Having problems with bubbles. Can’t wait to get this issue figured out. Want to use it daily.

WORST HOT TUB EVER
We HATE this hot tub!! Jets are to weak, Does not heat to expectations. Filter does not keep clean. Worst hot tub we have ever owned out of the other 3 we have had. It is a shame we will be stuck with this for years.

This is a good hot tub.
We are not new to the hot tub game. We were hoping we would live this hot tub as much as our last hot tub. We have had some troubles regulating the chemicals, but I suspect we will get that figured out soon enough. Aside from that, it’s been a great hot tub and we do use it a few times per week.

Water keeps running
Hello! More than likely your spa is simply heating, "polling" for heat, or is on a filter cycle- It depends on how your spa was configured but most standard builds will use the pump 1 for all these situations. You can observe your control panel for the heating indicator or navigate to your filter settings to check that you aren't set for a 24 hour or longer filter cycle by mistake. Your manual can be found here on our website under "ideas and support" - "owners manuals". If you would like aid in stepping through this with tech support you can call our 1-800-860-7727 for assistance.

how to put balance 7 in rest mode

What is the exact feel our filter number.? Where can I purchase the 2filters online
The filters currently on a 2023 Clarity Precision 7 model with the standard ECO Pur filter are a X268548 or Pleatco - PMA-R3, and X268532 for the ECO Pur insert. If you are looking for a different model or are using an alternative to Dichlor Chlorine such as Bromine - keep in mind that you may need a different filter. You can always ask support@masterspas.com for help with your current filter numbers or our tech line at 1-800-860-7727.

How can increase the temperature to be above 99 degrees? I have a clarity 7 model.
Hello, your spa should increase to 104 degees- but if your spa is not increasing past this when you use the warm increase arrow it sounds like perhaps a setting in your spa's pc board may have incorrectly changed? Please email support@masterspas.com for more troubleshooting!

I have a question about the skimmer; I think I found an answer from a previous question about it is supposed to float? Is there a manual that covers this kind of information? How do I change the LED lights?

The skimmer is supposed to float at low speeds and be drawn down at high speeds. You can find the reference under "Filter Lid" on page 15 of the owner's manual.

Regarding the LED lights, the light button turns the lights inside your spa on or off. If your spa is equipped with LED Light System, turn the lights on and off repeatedly within a couple of seconds to rotate through available color schemes. Page 45

We just purchased a clarity spa balance 7, we were going to put on our existing large driveway. The driveway is slightly sloped for rain run off. What is the maximum allowed pitch end to end or corner to corner for the spa to rest on? Thanks, Rick
