Love the shoulder jets!
We've used it almost every day since getting it last month. Love the shoulder jets! That's my favorite seat in the tub because it does the whole back plus shoulders.
My only complaint so far is that you can't turn the air function on or off from each seat individually.

Nice machine
We love our new hot tub. Delivery and set up was perfect. Jets are very powerful. We love that they can all individually be adjusted. We don't use it much due to the fact that there is no grip anywhere so when you try to relax, you get pushed away by the jets. I wish there was some grip atleast where our feet go so we can hold ourselves in place. Pretty disappointing really.

Great quality that exceeded our expectations
We bought our Master Spas hot tub at a show near our house. I will have to say I was very hesitant about purchasing at a show. However, the follow up support by Master Spas and also the dealer surpassed my expectations. I’ll also say that the resources on the Master Spas website are excellent. This is our first hot tub so having these resources to help me learn were valuable.
Now for the hot tub itself. We looked at several brands to include Jacuzzi and Hot Springs. I’ll have to say this Master Spas tub actually exceeded the features and quality of the other brands we were looking at. The seating arrangement, the lights, the jets are all top-notch. We shopped for quite a while and are very glad we went with this tub.

Water keeps running
Hello! More than likely your spa is simply heating, "polling" for heat, or is on a filter cycle- It depends on how your spa was configured but most standard builds will use the pump 1 for all these situations. You can observe your control panel for the heating indicator or navigate to your filter settings to check that you aren't set for a 24 hour or longer filter cycle by mistake. Your manual can be found here on our website under "ideas and support" - "owners manuals". how to put balance 7 in rest mode

What is the exact feel our filter number.? Where can I purchase the 2filters online
The filters currently on a 2023 Clarity Precision 7 model with the standard ECO Pur filter are a X268548 or Pleatco - PMA-R3, and X268532 for the ECO Pur insert. If you are looking for a different model or are using an alternative to Dichlor Chlorine such as Bromine - keep in mind that you may need a different filter. How can increase the temperature to be above 99 degrees? I have a clarity 7 model.
Hello, your spa should increase to 104 degees- but if your spa is not increasing past this when you use the warm increase arrow it sounds like perhaps a setting in your spa's pc board may have incorrectly changed? Please email support@masterspas.com for more troubleshooting!

I have a question about the skimmer; I think I found an answer from a previous question about it is supposed to float? Is there a manual that covers this kind of information? How do I change the LED lights?

The skimmer is supposed to float at low speeds and be drawn down at high speeds. You can find the reference under "Filter Lid" on page 15 of the owner's manual.

Regarding the LED lights, the light button turns the lights inside your spa on or off. If your spa is equipped with LED Light System, turn the lights on and off repeatedly within a couple of seconds to rotate through available color schemes. Page 45

We just purchased a clarity spa balance 7, we were going to put on our existing large driveway. The driveway is slightly sloped for rain run off. What is the maximum allowed pitch end to end or corner to corner for the spa to rest on? Thanks, Rick
