Love, love our Masterspa!
We had been without a Hot Tub for several years and are so glad we picked the LSX900 Masterspa Hot Tub for our next 20 years of Hot Tubbing! The tub is a great size and can accommodate both my 6'4" husband and my 5'2" size with the variety of seats and jets. We are in it every day and love the salt water system which has kept it clean and sanitized.

Great Spa… MPL 900

Great product but after the sale support lacks.
Spa is great, installation was great however after installation support has been less than good. I emailed three times regarding the fact that I am missing a component for the wi-fi and have had no responses. Service is what makes repeat buyers.

Bigger Fits Me
I'm 6' 9" tall and had a hard time finding a hot tub that fit me, till I found the Master Spa LSX 900. I can actually stretch out on the lounger and have my knees in the eater. I've had it for about 3 months and I'm very happy. Easy maintenance and is ready to go.

Some flaws but all in all good tub
All in all not bad at all. The only thing that’s annoying is that it seems to turn off every 20 or so min. Then you have to go back to the panel and restart. Not that big of deal more of a pain. Also the way the pumps are setup seems not the best and the individual control not perfect. But aside of that nice and comfortable if over 5’10”. Smaller the lounger a little too big to sit in

Is there an option to have the lights stay one color?
You can continue to hit the light button on the control pad in sequence to change the light in the interior of the spa, the rim light of the control panel is changed in the "KEYPAD COLOR" section on the topside control panel. The exterior lights have one choice and should remain blue

Does the cover Open on the 8ft side or 9 ft side?
Our standard covers are designed to open away from the topside controller. The controller is located on the 108' or 9 foot side of the spa.

What is the height from the base to the top of the cabinet, not including the lip of the interior that comes over? I am planning to install the spa recessed in a deck so I would like to know this dimension.
The overall height of a LSX900 is 38" - the flange or lip of the spa is approximately 4" from the top of the spa. Due to slight variations in the acrylic and the way it is formed we always recommend fully having possession of the spa if measurement is needing to be exact on installation to landscaping.

Thank you for contacting us. Your dealer would be able to recommend everything you need for your water. If you bought the spa at a show, there should be a contact on the receipt that you could call.
The essential chemicals that are usually needed are the following:
-pH up and down
-Non-Chlroine shock
-Sequestering agent
-sanitizers.

What is the recommended cover lifter to use with this tub?
We highly suggest contacting your dealer if you have one for a suggested cover lift since we only manufacture the spas.

Are there any differences between the 2021 model LSX 900 Electrical Hookup Diagram and the 2020 MPS 900 Electrical Hookup Diagram? If so can you post a link to the 2021 model?

I see the overall dimensions of 108x94 is listed for the LXS900. What are the dimensions of the black bottom base (L x W), also the height of that base?
Hello! Assuming you're talking about the ABS pan bottom, it would be 105" x 91 3/8". The height would be 3.5". Hopefully this helps!

Have an LSX900 on order. Looking for what side of the unit to bring the power to so I can get the power roughed in to that point. Assuming it would be one of the corners where I would need to stub/locate the conduit. Is there a drawing available?
